Position: Maximo Principal Consultant


Key Responsbilities:
Principal Consultants are well-versed with EAM applications and possess extensive experience in implementing Maximo or other enterprise solutions on a large scale.  Experience in managing projects or successfully performing in Lead project roles are essential requirements.  Specific duties include directing the project team, managing project scope and deliverables, and ensuring compliance to Banetti’s Quality Assurance standards.  Additional tasks include:

  • Business process evaluation and re-engineering
  • Developing strategic and tactical implementation plans
  • Acting as a Subject-Matter-Expert for Maximo application and process-related components
  • Facilitating Requirements Definition Exercises
  • Conducting assessments and evaluating project needs
  • Analyzing processes, data, environments and other related factors and determining an optimum strategy
  • Mentoring and guiding project team

Skill and Position Requirements

  • Extensive EAM implementation and/or enterprise application software experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Maximo modules and applications
  • General knowledge of SQL database platforms and familiarity with various customer-server software, legacy systems, and Internet technologies (HTML, Java, etc).
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations including Work Management, Materials Management, and Process Flows
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, real-world experience
  • Knowledge of advance maintenance concepts such as RCM, TPM, etc.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required
  • Self-managed and focused on meeting deliverables
  • IBM Maximo certification on MXES versions a plus

Position: Maximo Senior Consultant


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibilities focus on providing subject matter expertise for Maximo implementations, upgrades, and customer support.  In addition, acting in a lead capacity is a common requirement as well as providing technical and project support.  Primary duties include:

  • Facilitating and/or directing Maximo implementation activities
  • Assisting with Maximo upgrades
  • Developing Training Plans – Curriculum, Training Materials, Schedules
  • Configuring Maximo per customer specification
  • Developing functional specifications
  • Assisting Technical staff as required
  • Assisting with Project Management tasks

Skill and Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of EAM implementation and/or enterprise application software experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Maximo modules and applications
  • General knowledge of SQL database platforms and familiarity with various customer-server software, legacy systems, and Internet technologies (HTML, Java, etc).
  • Real-world knowledge of maintenance operations including Work Management, Materials Management, and Process Flows

Position: Maximo Technical Consultant – Solutions Architect


Key Responsibilities:
Major focus areas include performing and/or managing all technical aspects of Maximo implementations and upgrades related to the system and application components.  Specific  areas of expertise are custom application development, database and system optimization, integrations to external systems, and facilitating training sessions to our customer’s IT staff.  Typical requirements are:

  • Ability to lead Project Teams in a technical capacity
  • Development and management of the technical implementation components
  • Designing, developing, and instituting the optimum solution for the EAM customer
  • Support all technical components of the project

Skill and Position Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of implementing and upgrading the Maximo EAM
  • Extensive technical knowledge of integrating Maximo with various external systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, etc.
  • Proven and demonstrable programming skills with JAVA, C, C++, PL/SQL, and other RDB languages
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and support all technical applications and programming customizations
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required along with previous consulting experience
  • Ability to travel extensively as required
  • Self-managed and focused on meeting deliverables
  • IBM Maximo certification on MXES versions a plus
